Public Offer for Making Voluntary Donations
This document is an official and public proposal (offer) of the Charitable Organization for the acceptance of voluntary donations under the conditions set forth below. Any person who makes a payment accepts the terms of this Public Offer in full.
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Public Offer defines the procedure for making voluntary charitable contributions (donations) to the Charitable Organization and regulates the relationship between the Donor and the Foundation.
1.2. The Offer is public and effective indefinitely from the moment it is published on the official website of the Foundation.
1.3. Acceptance of the Offer is considered to be the act of making a charitable donation by any available method.
2. Subject of the Offer
2.1. The Foundation undertakes to use the received donations to carry out statutory activities, programs, and projects aimed at charitable support in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
2.2. A voluntary contribution is a charitable donation and is non-refundable.
3. Procedure for Making Donations
3.1. A Donor may make a contribution using any of the methods offered on the website: bank card, payment system, wire transfer, or other available channels.
3.2. Acceptance of the Offer confirms the Donor’s agreement with the terms of this Public Offer.
3.3. The Foundation does not refund donations, except in cases of technical errors by the payment system.
4. Use of Charitable Contributions
4.1. The Foundation uses donations for statutory purposes, including support for beneficiaries, project funding, administrative expenses, and other needs defined by the laws of Ukraine.
4.2. The Foundation independently determines how donations are used within its activities, unless otherwise specified by the Donor and provided it does not contradict the Statute.
5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
5.1. The Foundation has the right to:
— use charitable contributions in accordance with its statutory activities;
— amend this Public Offer by publishing updates on the website;
— inform the Donor about its activities and results.
5.2. The Foundation undertakes to:
— use funds transparently and for their intended purpose;
— maintain financial reporting in accordance with the laws of Ukraine;
— provide access to reports on the official website.
5.3. The Donor has the right to:
— make voluntary contributions;
— receive information about the Foundation’s activities and the use of donations;
— agree to or decline informational messages.
6. Personal Data
6.1. By making a donation, the Donor consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection.”
6.2. Personal data is used exclusively to support the Foundation’s activities and is not transferred to third parties without legal grounds.
7. Liability
7.1. The Foundation is not responsible to the Donor for any inability to complete a payment due to reasons beyond the Foundation’s control.
7.2. The Donor is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the donation process.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. This Public Offer enters into force from the moment it is published on the Foundation’s website.
8.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiation, and if no agreement is reached — in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
8.3. The Foundation’s activities are carried out in accordance with its Statute and applicable legislation.
